Inspired by Kiki’s Delivery service, I started this animation project on Photoshop where I want to show a girl with her cute cat and an old school camera travelling in a quaint part of the Netherlands on her broomstick. I was thinking of the possibility of moving to Sweden for my Master studies around the time that the idea came to mind and was still in lockdown. I work on it a little bit whenever I have time and space! Retro is a cosy visual language and I am trying to bring out a retro imagery in the animation.
